Welcome to G'DZ. This website (the "Site") is operated by G'DZ in partnership with our R&D and manufacturing studio, xFormaLab. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” collectively refer to G'DZ and xFormaLab. By accessing or using our Site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Products and Services

  • 3D-Printed Nature: Our primary products include custom 3D-printed design items. Due to the nature of 3D printing technology, slight variations in texture, color, layer lines, and finish are inherent characteristics of the manufacturing process and should be expected. These unique variations are not considered defects.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.

4. Disclaimer

  • Some products including fLumina may require personal assembly to complete the design. Actual product colours may differ from those displayed on your screen due to individual monitor settings. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage or defects resulting from improper assembly or modifications.

4. Accuracy of Pricing and Billing

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Site.

  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Shipping, Cancellations, and Returns

Your purchases are subject to our specific delivery and cancellation policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before the product is fulfilled and shipped (typically within 3 days of purchase). Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Returns & Replacements: We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in original packaging. If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will provide the necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue rather than exchanging the entire product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and specifically the original product designs, engineering layouts, and branding associated with G'DZ and xFormaLab, is the exclusive property of G'DZ and xFormaLab. It is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or designs without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

  • As-Is Basis: Except as expressly stated by us, our products are delivered 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Product Safety: For any lighting or electrical products sold on our Site, users must follow standard electrical safety guidelines and use appropriate power sources as specified. We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the misuse or unauthorized modification of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

G'DZ, in partnership with xFormaLab (“we”, “us”, or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from our website (the "Site").

1. Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • Cookies: Data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

  • Compliance: Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

If you are a resident of Canada, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
